If a child has a "quirk" like picking their nose in class or bothering boys, whether or not they wear a uniform makes no difference.

So, what kind of "psychological barrier" are you talking about in your previous post? Leaving aside the fact that the things you mentioned are hardly quirks. But someone quiet and withdrawn, for example, might be ridiculed. Someone who walks a little strangely. Someone whose last name is "funny" (for example, the last name Vagina for a girl).

Children grow faster than uniforms wear out, I assure you. Unless they're wearing hand-me-downs from older siblings.

I assure you, it all depends on the child, but uniforms usually last at least two years. Sometimes even longer. There may be exceptions during puberty, but on average, it's as I said. And yes, hand-me-downs are a thing.
