1) The AC wrote rules for players of the entire community, but have the right to make decisions regardless of their rules. After all, rules are supposedly written with common sense as well.
2) All AC decisions are not subject to discussion, because the AC are the most respected and wise people of the community.

God, how do you not get tired of comparing the forum and the imperfect rules of playing Heroes 3 on this resource to real life and its laws (which are also imperfect and never will be).
The point is that Vova described it a bit above.... A game is a competition, when you perform an action in the game that even GOD himself cannot counter under any circumstances (there isn't even 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% chance!) - that is no longer a game, but a farce at the very least.

A wild example of idiocy using this bug comes to mind. Let me describe a hypothetical situation. Let's say Red didn't use this bug and there were still no explanations about it. And then the time of a tournament comes where in the final some Homunculus and Stinger meet (just like in HotA). They play Castle+Tower, on day 131 Stinger (or Homunculus) takes a Dragon Utopia (max) sacrificing everything he had (5 Angels, 15 Wyverns, all growth from all castles) except for 5 Wyverns, he gets a Necklace (Delfín) and the CAPTAIN'S HAT (REDWHITE) :D and 2 bags of gold, and then he realizes that his main hero, let's say Kyrre, has Expert Water Magic, and he saw water somewhere on the map.. He uses the aforementioned bug and wins the Tournament Final (let's say by the year's standards - something like FB) even though the opponent at day 131 has a Red Ball, +1 Speed, stats 20-20-5-5* (good leveling - level 20 hero), an army of 16 Angels, 80 Archers, 70 Pikemen, 10 Cavaliers, 30 Wyverns, and 20 Crusaders. Then - great, congratulations, HERE'S YOUR MEDAL - you are the true champion!!!! Oh, and by the way, when people would start to condemn him, he would say - GIVE ME THE SPECIFIC RULE CLAUSE THAT I VIOLATED, for which a replay (or tech loss there).
