I mean a special building that supports a racial ability, like training halls for humans. I don't remember what it's called...

We need to clarify whether the special building we're going to design will be aimed at the hero (increasing attack, defense, etc.) or at units (increasing growth, some kind of sacrificial altar, creature transformer), or is it the building that will appear in the city when the Tear of Ashi is found?
