I still believe that this is not a problem of the Heroes of Might and Magic Online community, but rather a problem of the tournament organizers themselves. After all, clans are not the only ones participating in tournaments.

Or maybe it's a problem with clans that don't have tournament organizers among their members :) And it doesn't matter whether the clan is a member of the Guild Initiative or the Heroes of Might and Magic Online community.
