Vova, for me, the difference between using a WELL-KNOWN bug and clearly unfair gameplay while watching a stream is absolutely obvious. I'm looking at it from the perspective that I would 100% use the bug if I had the opportunity, just like the AOTD+KSH bug, Berserker, Ballista, and any other bug. (And why aren't they critical!?) And such a decision by the AC would upset me and would most likely lead to disqualification from the tournament and a complete rejection of the AC as a regulatory body. In general, the situation is exactly the same as in the memorable 2v2 game, when the eternal Berserker destroyed Hel. Although, it should be acknowledged that far fewer people knew about that Berserker than about the Hat, and then the outrage could be understood.
