After the Redwhite-Nitro AK match, a decision was made: the match must be replayed, and the hat bug is now prohibited.

They could also ban AOTD with KSH...
And in general, there was a similar case recently in the CS scene, when, due to a bug (feature???) in the map, which only one team found, that team was given a technical loss, and a year before that, in Dota, a team that used a bug was not penalized; they were only told to warn the management next time, and it would then decide whether to allow the use of that feature or not...
I think the warning option is more fair, but AK issued the verdict as it saw fit.
