The international language of Actaea is the one with the highest score. Right?
No, then some Frenchman will win, and the Quasardastanians won't talk at all afterward.
There is no official language in Quasardastan; most citizens know the main international language. Nevertheless, among the lower classes, a so-called "Quasardastanian language" is actively used for communication, which is a mixture of the local and several foreign dialects. This language differs little from the international one, but most of its words are distorted, shortened, and pronounced incorrectly, including the placement of stress; there is no grammar or punctuation as such, but it is much more convenient to use than its older counterpart. The main speakers of the Quasardastanian dialect are workers in most industries, as well as slaves and all other outcasts of society.
