Koshy uses a Soviet-era version of English with pronunciation according to GOST standards. I don't see a problem; we can easily make English an international language. I've already incorporated it for "speaking" names and titles, which would look awkward written in transliteration in New Civilization. My propagandists will come up with something. Moreover, English is the language of New Civilization, in which our countries were originally created.
