If Kosha were a normal player, she would have found other ways to discredit Tenshi. Instead, she says, "I am SO SURE of her being Mafia that I will leave the game if it's not true." If this isn't a hint about her role, then what is it?

So, let's not play games, this is all a matter of interpretation. I see a hint here and a violation of the rules.

I agree with Sesam. When you join a Mafia club, you cannot reveal your role card at your own discretion. You can't even threaten to do so, because that would be a violation of the key rules. If you still decide to turn it over, you will be kicked out of the game.

Let's respect the rules of Mafia. I suggest banning self-initiated modkills. Then, you can't even threaten with them. If someone stubbornly does this anyway, they should be banned for a few games to reflect on their behavior.
