From Red's side, it was a deliberate use of a bug. Forgive me, Redwyne, but the fundamental rule of fair play comes into play here. Having, let's say, an infinite number of movement points is a bug, and having +1000 movement points is definitely exploiting a bug. On the other hand, it's "sort of" not described in the rules, which is why it seems that penalizing Red by the organizers and judges would be inappropriate. Therefore, there are two options: either allow a complete replay of the game, or award the victory based on the save from before the bug was used.

I think Duty knew about it and didn't forbid it, which means he allowed it. It's simple. If it were a new feature, then yes.
