That's complete nonsense. If the opponent had a better option, they could exploit the **loophole in the rules** (by the way, similar things used to be prohibited, so why was that rule removed?) and bargain for a rematch (I have no doubt that the organizers will decide this way). But in general, one should rely on the spirit of the game. Essentially, it's the same as introducing a cheat for infinite turns.
The game has many flaws, especially regarding the map template generator. And these bugs can be exploited in one way or another. But there should still be acceptable limits!!!
