On the first day, just out of boredom, I remembered the old, reliable timer from Sod and spent about 40 minutes shooting zombies with a ballista using a level 0 Gervulf, the timer, of course, ran down to zero, and then I took out a few more slow guards. By the end of the week, I managed to get things going a bit, took a double, two gnome lairs, and have a few hives; I've placed ducks in my towns. My opponent reports that they are surrendering.
