It’s interesting how this could have happened.
First, despite a very strong economy, government spending is extremely low (2.5% of GDP).
Second, I’m not entirely sure about this, but it seems to me that the “self-defense strength” indicator in the analysis does not always reflect the essence of the matter when comparing different countries. Sometimes, the military budget can be several times higher than that of another country, but the indicator is lower.

I would be happy to reach that level. I built an aerial Fortress – law and order improved, allowed animal experiments – healthcare increased (and people still die from diseases).
