The graph's indicators don't negate the consequences of that issue. All companies belong to the country; foreign organizations cannot buy them, own a stake in them, finance them, or profit from them. It simply means that the military has a little more freedom, which doesn't mean they won't defend their country, where they live, work, and earn a living. If the country is threatened, so are they and their well-being. The entire army cannot simply move to a poorer or less habitable country, lol. You're just considering the worst-case scenario, but that doesn't mean it's the most likely outcome in this case. This isn't Rex Ventorum, where money solves everything.
