The graph's indicators don't negate the consequences of that issue. All companies belong to the country; foreign organizations cannot buy them, have a stake in them, finance them, or profit from them. It simply means that the military now has slightly more freedom, which doesn't mean they won't defend their country, where they all live, work, and earn a living. If the country is threatened, then so are they and their well-being. The entire army cannot simply move to a poorer or less habitable country, lol. You're just considering the worst-case scenario, but that doesn't mean it's the most likely outcome in this case. This isn't Rex Ventorum, where money solves everything.
