Saphira doesn't have her own kill; she has a joint kill with Eragon. I think this would somehow be reflected. For the same reason, I think that Arandor was killed by Shruikan, not by Murtagh and Thorn – the name of the non-player character (NPC) corresponds to this. I think joint kills should be displayed as joint kills, unless the Shaman thinks otherwise.
Besides, if the scale is a hint about Saphira, where is the clue? Perhaps the clawed paw.
