"only XL-2"

In the first round, I was supposed to play against Shadow Maniac, whom I had been waiting for for 2 weeks, but he withdrew. In the second round, I played against Little, who was only available to play yesterday, and we're already in the second week. Besides the scheduled rounds (Scorpion for our group), I played against Darkello and am currently playing against Cobra, and it's the beginning of the second month.
Is there a clear schedule for the rounds in our group, or are we only playing 2 games per month? The judges need to decide.
