CIS Satellite 2015

Couldn't find myself on the list of participants. Since I've been traveling for the past two weeks, I haven't had much time to follow the topic closely, especially considering the lack of information regarding deadlines/methods of payment, etc. I sent the money through a Sberbank branch because I'm currently using a Mastercard instead of a Sberbank Visa. I didn't have the opportunity to write on Skype because, firstly, it's inconvenient from a phone, and secondly, AlexxxL, as you can easily guess, has around 10,000 contacts on Skype, and it's not very clear who to write to (Skype doesn't find a user with the exact name "Alexxl_K"). Therefore, I would like to clarify whether the payment was received and if I can still participate in the tournament, especially considering that there are still available slots. I can meet the deadline.
