Not connecting.

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem where I can't connect to another player through Hamachi, or they can't connect to me. I'm copying the IP address.

I have the same problem; all settings are correct, but sometimes it connects, and sometimes it doesn't, regardless of whether I'm using Hamachi or TeamViewer.
I checked everything in the link, but the problem persists. Are there any methods to normalize the connection?
