I don't quite agree with that; with the current state of affairs, my attempts to play as a capitalist country that's supposed to be all nasty on the political arena become, at the very least, irrelevant, because in Actea almost every country is ready to commit genocide against an entire nation just to get a couple of new tanks (increase defense by two points).
