Elva's mechanic involves her choosing a target. Once all the Night Actions (NAs) are submitted, the GM looks at what happened to the target and composes an encrypted message for the target about what happened to them. After reading the message, the player tries to figure out what was done to them and decides whether to change their NA or not.

And Nasuada can simply write a letter to any player, which the GM will deliver exactly as written, unless it contains a role reveal.

Can spells that consume mana be used as many times as you want in one night, as long as you have mana?
The rules are standard: each player has 1 NA. The exception is the Serial Killer; in addition to their main NA, they can send a status that they intend to reveal to the Investigators.
