For those who aren't particularly interested, let me explain that this refers to a range of colors from white (acacia, fireweed) to dark amber (heather) and dark brown (buckwheat, chestnut). There is honey that is transparent in liquid form (like white acacia), and there is reddish honey (goldenrod).
