NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

1) Found a problem in the single-player game for Vidomina. The special ability isn't working. I'll take a look.
2) In the next version, there will be 1 new hero; it's not yet known which one. Also, testing a special ability related to water and introducing a new type of water treasure chest.
3) Balance adjustments.
4) An NCF (New Creature Feature) is not planned for the next version.

For the NCF, we will select and balance the top 10 creatures. Preferably, they should be of a low level. They should be original creations to avoid any authorship disputes.
