Well, when I was playing the mission for the second time (because the laptop's fan burned out, and I had to start over since the heroes were there), I already knew where the enemy Castles were and which ones he built earlier and which ones later. I also roughly remembered where the obelisks were. And I could accurately calculate which skills would be useful for Railag and what he needed to upgrade (by that time, I had already completed the Necromancer). So, I quickly captured the first Castle, killed the "reinforcements" of the Crimson Cult without significant losses, and aimed for the second Castle, and that's when Shadia appeared (she appears after the first one, if I'm not mistaken). By that time, a small army had gathered in the "home" Castle, and I quickly finished off the remaining enemies, and I left the Tears of Ashi for later to explore all the available magic and buffs. And also to level up Shadia (Railag had already reached his maximum level).
And I bought the killed high-level enemy heroes in the "Cultist" to prevent them from going to the Crimson Cult clan – they already had plenty of heroes, and besides, I didn't focus on building cities there at all – only the bare minimum, and I didn't have a lot of resources either, so Railag didn't get reinforcements very often. Therefore, there was enough money for heroes.
