April Fool's Day announcements (2007)

Dear Sirs! I hasten to express my sincere wishes of encouragement to all the young people of our vast Motherland! After all, today, on this momentous day, a widely and grandly celebrated holiday begins to be observed for 3 months – today is April 1st, which means that all military enlistment offices in our country have hospitably opened their doors and sent out summonses! Happy Spring Conscription Day! ;)
