Tactics for Rampart.

When attacking with the Fortress, Pegasi and Dragons are useful. When defending a Fortress, Dragons and Pegasi (depending on the opponent's speed) wait and then attack Archers or other suitable units (if the opponent is weak, they can attack immediately) and fly back. Gnomes or Dendroids with Pegasi effectively cover and eliminate enemy Elves. Gnomes often have resistance, and Unicorns, if lucky, can help with their aura. It is advisable to attack those who enter the Fortress with Dendroids to pin them down and attack the creature from all sides.
