He briefly reminded everyone that this country had maintained strict neutrality towards the other states of Actaea throughout its history and had never been involved in military conflicts. With regret, the assistant pointed out the fact that recently the situation on the continent has been escalating, which cannot but be a cause for concern. Therefore, representing a peace-loving state in this regard, which does not even have regular permanent armed forces, he was forced to appeal to the leadership of the Federated Republic of Rex Ventorum with a request to accept Quasardastan into KOSAP. As for AFTA, Richard stated that cooperation with such organizations would be mutually beneficial and made it clear to everyone present that Quasardastan was always ready to trade with absolutely any state in Actaea. Quasardastan is ready to provide humanitarian and financial assistance, vehicles, weapons (on condition of joining KOSAP), natural resources, oil, coal and gas, precious metals and ores, other raw materials, timber, furniture, and much more (Retail, Insurance, Book Publishing) to underdeveloped countries, states experiencing a serious crisis, and all interested trade partners.
