Actaea

The "Decor" Castle, located in the green zone of Ventorum, served as the meeting place for delegates from all over Actaea. Security personnel escorted guests and their entourages to the conference room, disarming them beforehand (if necessary; such measures were required to prevent undesirable incidents during negotiations). The seats for representatives were marked with flags of the respective states and arranged in a semicircle, with the seat of the Federal Republic of Rex Ventorum in the center, which was represented by four people. The first thing that might catch your eye is the youthfulness of three of them, especially the consul; he was in his mid-twenties, tall and slender, with neat facial features, light eyes and hair, and pale skin created a noticeable contrast against the dark blue business suit. As it turned out later, the other two were the commander-in-chief of the armed forces – a thirty-year-old man of large build dressed in an officer's uniform – and the secretary of state – a girl who was obviously of Shaillonian descent.
After a brief greeting, the representatives of Rex Ventorum explained the reasons for the need for a security council and its immediate goals. To summarize what they said, one can highlight the main purpose of this organization: maintaining stability and prosperity in the region.

First of all, the commander-in-chief of the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Rex Ventorum expressed his opinion and concerns regarding the impending military conflict caused by the activities of the Kittypink Dominion. As a solution to the problem, he called on members of the Security Council to join a new alliance whose goal would be to maintain peace in Actaea. The Consul, in turn, stated that he understood that some countries may not want such close cooperation, so today's summit will also consider the non-military organization AFTA.

KOSAP is a military-political bloc whose main goal is to maintain stability and peace in Actaea.
