I think the questionnaire was structured like this:
1. Are you Mafia? No.
2. Does the description mention a battle (witch, warrior, rider, assassin)? No.
3. Can you kill? Yes.

Manic doesn't fit (all answers are true), neither does witch or rider (2 false answers). And obviously, it's not one of the greens.

A peaceful Vishmaster, who is neither a witch nor a rider, should have answered no/yes/no = 100% peaceful.

Judging by the answers, Vishmaster is either Mafia or a drug addict, confusing the town. In both cases, executing him will do more good than harm.
