After a recent article in 'Salutations!' magazine highlighted a growing trend in arranged marriages throughout Arkondia, several civil rights protesters have camped outside your parliament demanding changes to the law.

It seems this will be the first issue that needs to be removed.
The first proposal suggests banning marriages.
The second wants parents to choose a partner for their child (it seems this is already happening, but I don't understand why, as I haven't authorized it).
The third proposes that the state take over this problem and arrange marriages for people itself.
