Name: Thieves' Pact (or City Key) Version: Heroes 5 Action: Placed in an empty slot or given to a hero. Grants the hero the knowledge of Scouting (without taking the Scouting skill), and also generates a chance for thieves to "break into" the city gates during a siege (i.e., gives a 10-50% chance to open the city gates, depending on the hero's luck).
