Spring Festival: Rebirth

I recently found a thread about character #3, read it, and based on my fresh impressions, I think that **#3** is a good villain (did I understand correctly who that is?). With him, the festival would be interesting. **6 points**. **#8 - 4 points**, the actor played well, but fighting with schoolchildren is not cool, in my opinion. **#13** - the remaining **3 points** are based on my impressions of the mafia, not the series (which I didn't watch).
