I haven't written much about them yet, but in short:
A country whose goal is the well-being and safety of its citizens, allowing them to do almost anything, as long as it doesn't harm others. They often treat neighboring countries with distrust and are somewhat paranoid. And they also have a lot of bunkers, just in case of a bombing. It's something like that. They are also transhumanists in every way. And they don't have a very good attitude towards corporations.
