Sanin (Red, Dungeon, Damacon) def Vatya (Blue, Rampart, Melody) 2sm2c 115
Vatya, who got through Nitro with Vova's help (the very same wowa), turned out to be unprepared for a completely independent game and surrendered on 115, justifying it by saying that playing at four in the morning is not normal.
Sanin (Red, Citadel, Crag Hack, Nila) def Falcone (Blue, Tower, Tan, Daremyth) balance 124
We immediately sat down to play with Falcone, started without resets. The spawn was generous - three external wolf dwellings, an external goblin dwelling, and two Griffin Conservatories. Both Conservatories turned out to be level 2s with a griffin stack, I took them on 122 with Nila, who had Slow and Haste, with someone having reskilled. Timer ran out, all other heroes skipped their turn, all birds and half the wolves were lost. But Nila got Air Magic and leveled it up. With low-tier heroes I then broke into adjacent zones, used scouting to reveal the center, Nila doubles her mana at the magic spring to 100. I was planning to calmly go and collect Pandora's Boxes, then head to the main treasure zone, but I saw the appearance of blue in the center. Falcone had a sweaty fight against mummies, his timer ran out, so the cleared Pandora wasn't taken, the singles weren't separated off, and that's when I struck with four angels and Mass Haste.
Sanin (Blue, Dungeon, Malekith, Deesa) lose Kobra (Red, Citadel, Oris, Girda) 2sm2c 131
We took all the resets, the spawn seemed decent - a Griffin Conservatory and an external dwelling of Eyes, lots of gold, but only one road. I got caught in the treasure zone on 126, Kobra had a lot of troops and higher stats. Not enough gold to buy back in the first round, and in the second round after Mass Haste and a full army charge (+ lots of morale and chain lightning from birds) only 3 Eyes remained. Color largely decided it, because on that turn I would have picked up a Pandora, managed to split up, and moved the army to the Conservatory. On 131 I tried with a full buyout of what was left to take a level-3 Conservatory, but it didn't work.
Thanks everyone for the interesting games. I barely play m200 at all and used to think I didn't like this format :D But it turned out to be quite fun and exciting. I vetoed skirmish for everyone because I honestly didn't care, and skirmish is definitely more practiced by many, since it's the only m200 template played in non-m200 tournaments.
