Okay. The thread hasn't been progressing for three days now. In a normal situation, I would simply delete the thread or do something else (like with the "Abyss's Maw" continuation), but I really want to develop this storyline through the Mafia game (and the others aren't interesting at the moment), so here's what we'll do. I'm putting this game on hold until "better times" (if they ever come). After 24 hours (in case anyone has any more questions), Kosha will close the thread, but won't delete it. It contains images, formatting, and questions with answers, and I don't see the point in going through this process again. If the thread becomes an eyesore, it can be moved somewhere else – to the "WoW" section or, as a last resort, to the archive (but this is undesirable, as I, as a regular user, will lose track of it).
