I made a hard blunder at the start; until turn 115 I thought the only road was blocked — I didn't click through immediately, and I also squandered morale flips down to zero at the Gorgons' external dwelling. On the second week I finally reached the crossroads zone, where I was pleased to find two one-way portals. In that zone I took two Dragon Fly Hives for 20 Wyverns and headed to the super treasure zone. Turned out it was too early to go there. I went to a corner treasure zone, which turned out to be extremely rich. I racked up stats, meat, and air control there, and later in the super treasure zone as well. Having seen the opponent's army, I set myself up for a bait at 211 in the center. The opponent attacked and lost.
