It's not about the difficulty. There simply aren't enough players. Let's say three or four people couldn't sign up right now for some reason, but they might be able to play later, which is fine, but that's all there is to it. It's hard to gather 16-17 players, but it's physically impossible to get more. That's just my opinion.
