I used to live in Kharkiv, where Triolan offered 100 Mbps for 100 UAH. Unlimited.
Now I'm in Kerch, and the same 100 Mbps costs 300 rubles, also unlimited. The quality is a bit worse, as it sometimes drops. And the technical support is terrible.
I don't worry about traffic; I use about 2-3 GB per day. That's just for watching streams and browsing the internet. And it's not a big deal for most people anymore. Of course, if you live in a village, the internet is a problem. But no one is forcing you to move there.
