How can the game be made more realistic?

I can spend about ten minutes on one game day to calculate who should go where, what artifacts to exchange, etc. Would you agree to have such an opponent in an online game? :)

Usually, I play that way. And I'm fine with it. But when the opponent makes a move faster than 10 minutes, it certainly makes me happy.
