First, Mold doesn't participate; second, I think I was the only one on the entire forum who watched the series with the Sixth Doctor; third, the character himself is well-known, and modern ones have already become too familiar.

I thought he was recording. Oh well. And I'm not arguing that only you watched the Sixth Doctor, but my comment referred to the 10th and 11th Doctors. As for rumors and overexposure, I wouldn't vote for characters from "Breaking Bad," "Stargate," "Supernatural," or other popular shows just because they're well-known. I think other people wouldn't either.
