Red was incredibly lucky: he got stables, markets, and first Craig and Mephala showed up (blue rest), then Tazar (rest), then Galtran! True, the distribution turned out to be anti-Necropolis, few guards, many ranged units, all hives behind ranged units (I couldn't take 3), but towards the end, I accidentally stumbled upon the main blue with Kairic and a large army, and managed to defeat him with skeletons, I got lucky with the ballista.
