We started playing when I had a double, plenty of gold, an external dwelling of Elves, Boots of Speed on the respawn; it was a bit far, but there was a Griffin Conservatory and a Dragon Fly Hive, with average roads. On the first week I took my native town. Midway through the second week, it turned out we were neighbors; I grabbed the opponent's village, but at the start of the third week I saw him take a Dragon Utopia and Town Portal away. I ran around searching for Dragon Utopias and rare Dragon Fly Hives with Griffin Conservatories; I never found a Dragon Utopia until the end of the game, nor did I see any suitable Pandora's Boxes. I found a Town Portal scroll, but the guild I built didn't grant Flight or Dimension Door — a loss with no options.
