When I completely banned it in some places, my happiness decreased (which can be explained), but health didn't change at all (which is strange).

I should have compared the causes of death; ideally, there would be fewer deaths from cancer.

I dismissed two issues in a row.
In the first, they proposed allowing gladiatorial fights with human sacrifices. Honestly, I don't care if someone enjoys it, let them fight to the death (besides, they promised it would boost the private sector of the economy), but to make it a national pastime? Gross!
The other answer options were even worse – completely ban it or force prisoners to participate in gladiatorial fights.
I don't remember the second one, but it was also unrealistic.
