— I have no doubts about the economy. We currently have a lot of unemployed people. Well, not exactly unemployed. Officially, they are not registered anywhere; they engage in personal farming, illegally fish, and so on. We can utilize all these human resources in trade, construction, and the service sector. Regarding the load on power plants, I can't say anything yet. We need to first understand how many stadiums, of what kind, and how much they consume. Then my engineers can calculate what is required for this. There isn't even a project yet.
