Mafia: general discussions.

Regarding the steampunk mafia concept, the idea came to me while sketching these sets. However, firstly, something similar has already been done, and secondly, for me, steampunk is about "cool gears" and a touch of Victorian England; I don't delve much deeper into the external stylistics.
