Neutral Phoenixes are weak; they can't compete with summoned ones.
We're not talking about summoned creatures here, but the statement that neutral Phoenixes are weak is simply wrong. Try defeating at least 50 of them, and you'll understand how mistaken you are (and I'm not even talking about 500).
