Dirty_Player, I ran a sample (20 generations) – and in it, blue consistently wins, although not as well as red, and one road in the Grand Order can be restored. In my opinion, this is the most stable HL+U (and also 8mm6b/c) for blue.
And complaints about roads have always been there – but mainly about their length.
