The Dark Rune is located on the surface; you will reach it almost at the very end of the game, not far from the final battle.

That’s a pity; I thought so. Unfortunately, I probably did something wrong. I took the quest from the Humans for the finale, went to the Elves, they gave me dragons near the Orc gates, and that’s basically where all the actions ended. I approach the Orcs, and there is 0 reaction; all the uncompleted quests remain unchecked. I ran around the Orc city, and everyone didn’t care; I got tired of it, cheated to get an Astral, jumped, and captured all the Orc cities, also with 0 reaction. I even took a quest to kill the Humans from a dead Orc, and after cheating to kill the Humans, there was still 0 reaction. I couldn’t jump to the Demons with the Astral; I got tired of it, @Win(). Because I don’t understand what I did wrong; they told me to attack the Orcs, but I can’t attack them:(

Luckily, there is a save before taking the quest for the finale, so if anyone can tell me what I did wrong, I will be grateful; I will go and play it normally
