Town Points – Is development becoming too formulaic?

I had 4 towns at the start. In general, I definitely remember what I built on day 12.

I don't argue. I've only encountered maps with 2 towns at the start. Unfortunately, I can only play on weekends, so I haven't looked at it yet.
