Moreover, you can make the templates more generic, which will make players work harder. So, on the first day, it won't be so easy to guess the template and discard it if it's not "yours" (as in anarchy).
Here's an example of an rmg file; unpack it and put it in the folder \Heroes of Might and Magic 3\_HD3_Data\Templates in the only XL folder with the corresponding rmg.txt.
